Our doorstep service is available only in selected districts and locations.

A service request does not automatically guarantee a technician visit. Service availability is confirmed based on the customer’s location, technician availability and the type of service required.

We may decline or reschedule a service request when service is not available in a particular location or when circumstances prevent us from providing the requested service.

3. Service Requests

When requesting a service, customers should provide accurate information about:

4. Technician Visit and Inspection

A technician visit or inspection does not necessarily mean that every requested repair can be completed at the same visit.

The customer is responsible for informing the technician about any known issues or relevant circumstances affecting the appliance.

9. Service Limitations

The outcome of appliance service may depend on the age, model, condition, previous repairs and underlying condition of the appliance.

We do not guarantee that every appliance problem can be resolved through a single service visit.
